Preparation

Millet Bisibele Bath & Pongal Mix

1. 1. Open the pack, pour the contents into a cooking pot, add water and 2 tsp oil (vegetables optional).
   2. Pressure cook for 4–5 whistles or Cook for 15 – 20 Mnts
   3. Serve hot with ghee & raita

Millet Idli Mix

1. Open the pack, pour the contents into a bowl and mix equal quantities of idli mix and water.
2. Rest for 5–10 minutes.
3. Steam for 15–20 minutes and serve hot.

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, transfer contents to an airtight container and consume within 15 days.
